Beneficiaries of the Project

1. Primary Beneficiaries:
   • Unemployed Youth and Job Seekers: Approximately 1,500 individuals (55% female, 45% male) will gain access to skills training and certifications for improved employability.
   • Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners: Around 500 businesses (40% female-owned, 60% male-owned) will benefit from entrepreneurship training, tendering support, and business development services.
2. Secondary Beneficiaries:
   • Diverse and Marginalized Communities: An estimated 3,000 individuals (60% female, 40% male) will gain access to programs promoting social inclusion, gender equality, and sustainable practices.
3. Indirect Beneficiaries:
   • Families and Local Communities: Approximately 5,000 individuals will experience improved livelihoods and economic benefits as a result of increased employment and business growth within their households or communities.
