1.The SayPro Royal Committee Chairperson
Role: SayPro Royal Committee Chairperson is responsible for leading and overseeing the SayPro Royal Committee, guiding its strategic direction, facilitating high-level engagements with traditional leaders and stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with SayPro’s mission to empower youth and communities through cultural, social, and developmental initiatives.
2.SayPro Royal Committee Deputy Chairperson
Role: SayPro Royal Committee Deputy Chairperson Supports the Chairperson in leading the SayPro Royal Committee by assisting in strategic decision-making, coordinating committee activities, representing the committee in official functions, and ensuring alignment with SayPro’s mission to empower youth and uplift communities. Acts as Chair in their absence and promotes collaboration among royal and traditional leaders involved in SayPro initiatives.
3.SayPro Royal Treasurer
Role: The SayPro Royal Treasurer is responsible for managing the organisation’s finances with integrity and transparency. This includes overseeing budgeting, financial planning, fund allocation, expense tracking, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Treasurer supports strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights and works closely with the executive team and board to ensure financial sustainability and accountability.
4.SayPro Royal Deputy Treasurer
Role: Assist the Treasurer in managing SayPro’s financial records and transactions
Support budgeting, financial reporting, and audit preparations
Help oversee cash flow, payments, and fundraising income
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate and transparent accounts
Act as Treasurer in their absence when required
5.SayPro Royal Secretary
Role: Manage and coordinate official communications for SayPro’s royal affairs.
Organize meetings, events, and engagements involving traditional leadership.
Maintain records and documentation related to royal activities.
Serve as liaison between SayPro and royal stakeholders.
Support protocol and ceremonial arrangements.
Assist with correspondence, scheduling, and administrative tasks related to royal matters.
6.SayPro Royal Deputy Secretary
Role: Assist in managing royal correspondence and communications.
Support coordination of official meetings, events, and protocols.
Maintain records and documentation related to royal affairs.
Liaise between the royal office and stakeholders.

7.SayPro Royal Non–Executive Member
