At SayPro (Southern Africa Youth Project), we believe in creating sustainable solutions to uplift and empower communities. One of the small yet impactful ways we can do this is by reducing our reliance on disposable materials during our community events and training sessions. This is where you can help!

Why Plastic Plates?

Every year, SayPro hosts numerous events for youth & community development, training, and community engagement. These gatherings often require disposable plates, which not only contribute to environmental waste but also increase our operational costs. To promote sustainability and reduce our expenses, we are shifting towards durable, reusable plastic plates.

By providing reusable plastic plates, we can:

Cut down on waste: Reduce the environmental footprint by eliminating single-use items.
Save money: Reallocate funds towards our life-changing programs, instead of constantly buying disposable materials.
Create long-term impact: Every plastic plate donated will be reused across hundreds of SayPro events, benefiting thousands of participants.
Our Goal:

We are seeking to raise R3000 to purchase R5000 reusable plastic plates. This will cover our needs for the next several years, making a lasting contribution to both the environment and our mission.
