SayPro Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Intern to join our Public Opinion Surveys Research team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for TVET College graduates to gain hands-on experience in the field of research, data analysis, and public opinion studies. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning, have a strong analytical mindset, and possess excellent communication skills.

SayPro Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection: Assist in designing and conducting surveys, including creating questionnaires and managing data collection processes.
2. Data Analysis: Support the analysis of survey data, using statistical tools and software to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
3. Report Preparation: Contribute to the preparation of research reports and presentations, summarizing findings and recommendations.
4. Field Work: Participate in fieldwork activities, such as interviewing participants or conducting focus groups, as needed.
5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the research team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining documentation.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with senior researchers and team members to ensure the smooth execution of research projects and tasks.

SayPro Qualifications:
– Education: Recent graduate from a TVET College with a focus in research, data analysis, social sciences, statistics, or a related field.
– Skills:
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R) is a plus.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
– Experience: Previous experience in research, data analysis, or survey work is an advantage but not required.
– Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
