SayPro Job Summary:
SayPro is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Public Opinion Surveys Research Officer Manager to lead our public opinion surveys team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing public opinion research projects. Your insights will drive critical decision-making and help shape policies and strategies for our clients. You will manage a team of researchers, coordinate survey activities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, actionable data.
SayPro Key Responsibilities:
– Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of public opinion surveys, including planning, design, implementation, data collection, and analysis. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
– Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of research analysts and survey specialists. Foster a collaborative environment and support professional development opportunities for team members.
– Survey Design: Develop comprehensive survey methodologies and questionnaires tailored to specific research objectives. Ensure that surveys are scientifically sound and capable of capturing accurate and relevant data.
