Position Overview:
The Local Television Manager will play a key role in the strategic management and development of local television partnerships across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local television operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Key Responsibilities:
The Local Television Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the following partnerships and initiatives:

Local Television Communications Partnership – Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to enhance partnership relations.

Customer Relations and Support – Ensure superior customer service support, overseeing communication with the customer base and resolving issues effectively.

Executive and Council Support – Provide strategic advice and operational support to the executive team and councils in managing local television projects.

Human Resources – Manage recruitment, training, and employee relations within the television division.

Information Management – Oversee the gathering, organization, and dissemination of relevant data and knowledge across the partnership.

Technology and Systems – Manage the integration and implementation of information systems, technology, and tools to improve operational efficiency.

Legal Affairs – Ensure all partnerships are in compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Policy and Strategy Development – Help in formulating and implementing policies and strategies that drive the local television business forward.

Performance Management – Monitor and evaluate the organizational performance, driving improvements across different aspects of local television management.

Sustainable Energy and Environmental Initiatives – Incorporate sustainable practices within local television operations, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental impact.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in media, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
