Job Overview:
SayPro Strategic is seeking a dynamic, results-driven freelancer to join our Local Television Partnerships division. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities across various partnerships, helping drive communications, support, strategic planning, and operational management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal and external teams, supporting local television initiatives and partnerships related to customer service, executive support, legal affairs, policy, infrastructure, sustainability, urban management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Local Television Communications & Support

   • Manage strategic partnerships in communication, public relations, and customer service across various sectors.

   • Develop and maintain strong communication links with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

   • Support senior leadership with executive and council communications as well as human resources-related communications.

2. Strategic Partnership Management

   • Collaborate on various partnerships across business enablement, resource management, urban management, climate change, and infrastructure.

   • Provide expert support in areas including policy formulation, legal affairs, human resources, and financial management.

   • Oversee activities related to urban development, disaster management, housing initiatives, and sustainable energy markets.

3. Specialized Support Areas

   • Offer support in health, social development, and environmental concerns, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with local community needs.

   • Coordinate efforts in disaster risk management, emergency preparedness, and response systems.

   • Lead initiatives related to waste management, recycling, pollution control, and conservation.

4. Planning & Execution

   • Coordinate projects in the fields of recreation, parks, and sports, ensuring alignment with local development and community engagement strategies.

   • Support the implementation of planning, zoning regulations, and urban strategies for more sustainable and thriving cities.

5. Technology & Knowledge Management

   • Collaborate in the management of information systems, digital platforms, and data science to enhance local television operational performance.

   • Foster the integration of technology in facilitating communication, citizen engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

6. Education & Capacity Building

   • Support training, educational programs, and workshops aimed at improving community welfare, local governance, and business operations.

   • Focus on building the capacity of local teams and partners through executive development and strategic training.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in local television partnerships, project management, or strategic planning.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in managing various forms of media, digital communication tools, and information systems.

• Knowledge in urban development, infrastructure management, sustainable energy, climate change, and disaster risk management.

• Ability to work with diverse teams, managing various partnerships across different sectors.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in data management, legal affairs, and financial oversight.

• Prior experience in educational, training, and capacity-building initiatives will be an asset.
