Position Overview:

The SayPro University of Technologies Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and implementation of technology programs and partnerships at SayPro University. This role requires a blend of leadership, project management, and industry expertise to enhance our educational offerings and ensure they meet the evolving needs of students and the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the University of Technologies, aligning with SayPro’s mission and objectives.
• Collaborate with academic and industry partners to design and implement innovative technology programs and curricula.
• Oversee the administration of technology courses, ensuring high standards of quality and relevance.
• Manage faculty recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to build a strong instructional team.
• Foster relationships with industry leaders to create internship, job placement, and networking opportunities for students.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and events to promote engagement and learning within the tech community.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize program impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in educational program management, preferably in a technology or higher education setting.
• Strong understanding of current technology trends and educational methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, students, and industry partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
