Position Overview: We are looking for a social media Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing SayPro Strategic’s digital presence, managing communication channels, and supporting organizational partnerships through social media engagement. The position requires a forward-thinking individual who is creative, data-driven, and passionate about leveraging social media platforms to build relationships and communicate key initiatives to our audiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with SayPro Strategic’s goals and values.

Create engaging, relevant content tailored to various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram).

Manage daily social media content, including posts, replies, and interactions.

Monitor social media trends and performance metrics to optimize strategies and increase engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-departmental initiatives and drive engagement.

Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and maintain positive relationships.

Support communications for the partnership, enhancing visibility and collaboration with stakeholders.

Stay informed about digital tools and emerging platforms to stay ahead of trends.

Prepare reports on social media performance and ROI, recommending improvements based on data insights.
Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proven ability to create compelling, shareable content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite and Canva).

Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies quickly based on performance metrics.
