Job Description:

SayPro Strategic is looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly organized social media Freelancer to join our growing team. As a social media Freelancer, you will be responsible for managing and creating content across multiple platforms for various SayPro Strategic partnership initiatives. You will work closely with our communications and partnership teams to engage with stakeholders, enhance brand visibility, and support key initiatives related to social, business, environmental, and governmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) tailored to the specific needs of various SayPro Strategic partnerships.

• Create and manage content for all social media channels, including posts, blogs, videos, and infographics.

• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

• Engage with the online community by responding to inquiries, participating in discussions, and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media content with overall project goals and organizational objectives.

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that SayPro’s social media presence remains innovative and impactful.

• Manage multiple social media accounts for various divisions and partnership areas (e.g., Environmental, Health, Economic Development, Social Services).

• Assist in organizing virtual and physical events by promoting on social media and increasing community engagement.

The social media content will vary across a broad range of strategic areas, including but not limited to:

• Strategic Partnerships and Business Enablement

• Human Resources and Organizational Performance Management

• Social Development and Early Childhood Education

• Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change Initiatives

• Public Health, Safety, and Emergency Services

• Housing, Urban Management, and Infrastructure Development

• Community Engagement, Events, and Programs

• Environmental Sustainability and Waste Management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content creation tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Experience in creating engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.

• Understanding of partnership-based work and ability to create content for various initiatives.

• Creative and innovative with a strong attention to detail.

• Knowledge in specific sectors such as urban development, climate change, social services, or health is a plus.
