Job Summary: As a University Graduate Intern at SayPro Strategic Radio Stations, you will be exposed to a broad array of functions across various partnerships. Your role will involve assisting in different departments focused on key strategic objectives such as communications, legal affairs, business enablement, human resources, disaster management, and more. This internship provides an excellent learning opportunity and a chance to contribute to impactful projects.
Job Responsibilities:

Communications Partnership (SCSPR-1-29-1 to SCSPR-1-29-3): Assist in managing internal and external communications to maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders.

Customer Relations (SCSPR-1-29-2): Support customer service teams to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and manage relationship dynamics.

Executive Support (SCSPR-1-29-3): Provide assistance in managing communications related to executive and council activities.

Human Resources (SCSPR-1-29-4): Assist in HR communications, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.

Knowledge Management (SCSPR-1-29-5): Support information management systems and contribute to the knowledge-sharing process across departments.

Technology & Systems (SCSPR-1-29-6): Assist with technological partnership management and the implementation of systems and infrastructure.

Legal Affairs (SCSPR-1-29-7): Work closely with legal teams on compliance, contract management, and partnership agreements.

Policy & Strategy (SCSPR-1-29-8): Contribute to policy analysis, strategy formulation, and partnership planning.

Performance Management (SCSPR-1-29-9 to SCSPR-1-29-12): Assist with performance management frameworks and data science initiatives for effective partnership evaluation.

Resilience & Disaster Management (SCSPR-1-29-14 to SCSPR-1-29-16): Support resilience and disaster risk management initiatives, including climate change adaptation strategies.

Community & Social Development (SCSPR-1-29-31 to SCSPR-1-29-33): Contribute to projects related to social development, early childhood, and vulnerable populations.

Urban & Environmental Planning (SCSPR-1-29-77 to SCSPR-1-29-116): Participate in urban management, zoning, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure development.

Public Safety & Health (SCSPR-1-29-90 to SCSPR-1-29-99): Assist with emergency response, medical services, and public safety partnerships.

Business Enablement & Resource Management (SCSPR-1-29-16 to SCSPR-1-29-18): Support business resource management and staff housing programs.

Education & Training (SCSPR-1-29-141 to SCSPR-1-29-145): Assist with training programs, executive development, and educational partnerships.
Required Qualifications:

Recent university graduate or final-year student with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Urban Planning, Technology, Engineering, Environmental Science).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and learn quickly.
