Job Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Intern in our TVET College Graduate Internship Program, you will have the opportunity to work across various strategic partnerships within the organization. The internship offers the following specialized areas of focus:

Radio Stations Communications Partnership (SCSPR-1-29-1)

Support in developing and executing communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.

Customer Relations Communications Partnership (SCSPR-1-29-2)

Assist with customer engagement, relationship management, and service improvement strategies.

Executive and Council Support Communications Partnership (SCSPR-1-29-3)
-
Provide administrative support to executives and council members, including reports and communications.

Human Resources Communications Partnership (SCSPR-1-29-4)
-
Assist with HR communications, employee relations, and internal communication strategies.

Information and Knowledge Management Partnership (SCSPR-1-29-5)

Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives and the management of organizational information systems.

Technology and Systems Partnership (SCSPR-1-29-6 & SCSPR-1-29-7)

Assist with the development and implementation of new technology systems and support legal partnerships.

Performance Management & Data Science (SCSPR-1-29-12)

Support the performance management initiatives and engage in data analysis for decision-making.

Support business operations and resource management, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Environmental & Climate Change Partnerships (SCSPR-1-29-23)

Contribute to environmental sustainability initiatives and climate change adaptation strategies.

Social Development & Early Childhood Development Partnership (SCSPR-1-29-31)

Assist in social programs aimed at vulnerable communities, particularly focusing on early childhood development.

Gain experience in urban planning, zoning regulations, and housing policy development.

Health and Social Welfare Partnerships (SCSPR-1-29-109, SCSPR-1-29-111)

Support initiatives aimed at improving public health and providing social support to vulnerable populations.

Assist with disaster preparedness, response, and recovery efforts for various regions.

Support efforts in transportation management, traffic systems, and infrastructure development.

Assist with training programs, capacity building, and educational courses for employees and community members.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
-
A recent graduate (within 1-2 years) from a recognized TVET College in a related field.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
A keen interest in one or more of the partnership areas listed above.
-
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn.
