Position Summary:
The SayPro Partnership Radio Stations Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of strategic partnerships across multiple facets of radio station operations, communications, human resources, legal affairs, technology, performance management, and much more. This role requires strong collaboration, problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Radio Stations Communications Partnership (SCSPR-1-29-1): Manage communication strategies to build strong media and partnership relationships.

Customer Relations Communications (SCSPR-1-29-2): Develop customer-centric communications for enhancing relationships and satisfaction.

Executive and Council Support (SCSPR-1-29-3): Provide support to the executive team and council members through effective communication and partnership strategies.

Human Resources Communications (SCSPR-1-29-4): Support HR functions through strategic communication and partnership alignment.

Information and Knowledge Management (SCSPR-1-29-5): Oversee information sharing, knowledge management practices, and partnerships related to information systems.

Technology Partnerships (SCSPR-1-29-6): Collaborate with technology teams to drive innovation through strategic partnerships.

Legal Affairs Partnership (SCSPR-1-29-7): Ensure legal compliance and partnership growth, especially in radio station operations.

Organizational Performance Management (SCSPR-1-29-9 to SCSPR-1-29-13): Manage performance, contract, data science, and effectiveness partnerships across the organization.

Sustainable Energy and Environmental Initiatives (SCSPR-1-29-23, SCSPR-1-29-116): Lead efforts in energy markets and environmental sustainability partnerships, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Business Enablement (SCSPR-1-29-15 to SCSPR-1-29-17): Support business strategies and enable resources for growth and optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

Proven experience in partnership management, particularly in the radio industry or related sectors.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of business resource management, legal, and performance management frameworks is a plus.
