Job Responsibilities:
As a SayPro Strategic Radio Stations Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

Communications Partnership

Oversee strategic communication efforts between the organization and radio stations.

Foster strong relationships with radio station partners, ensuring effective communication.

Customer Relations Communications Partnership

Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with radio stations and their audiences.

Ensure the success of customer-focused initiatives.

Executive and Council Support Communications Partnership

Provide support to executive teams and councils in radio stations, advising on communication strategies.

Human Resources Communications Partnership
-
Manage human resources-related partnerships with radio stations.

Implement programs to support recruitment, employee engagement, and training.

Information and Knowledge Management Partnership

Oversee the exchange and management of information between SayPro Strategic and radio station partners.

Technology Partnership
-
Develop partnerships focusing on the use of technology to enhance radio station operations and delivery.

Legal and Compliance Partnership

Ensure compliance with legal regulations in the partnership agreements with radio stations.

Manage risk assessments and resolve any legal concerns.

Organisational Performance and Management
-
Monitor organizational performance in collaboration with radio stations, tracking results and driving improvements.

Manage performance assessments, contract management, and data science initiatives.

Disaster Risk Management Partnership

Develop strategies for risk management and disaster preparedness, ensuring radio stations’ readiness in crisis situations.

Financial Management and Reporting

Oversee budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting related to the radio stations’ partnerships.

Ensure the financial health and sustainability of partnership operations.

Community and Social Development Partnerships

Promote community engagement, social development, and early childhood development initiatives through radio stations.

Environmental and Sustainability Partnerships

Collaborate on sustainability and environmental initiatives that radio stations can support.

Develop programs for waste management, recycling, and pollution control.

Planning, Development, and Infrastructure

Support the development of urban management, zoning regulations, housing initiatives, and infrastructure partnerships with radio stations.

Education and Capacity Building

Lead educational and training initiatives with radio stations to enhance skills and leadership across departments.

Guide radio stations on emergency response strategies and crisis management training.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a partnership management or strategic radio station role.
