SayPro Strategic Radio Stations offers an extensive partnership program aimed at fostering collaboration, innovation, and development across various sectors. We are offering learnership opportunities to individuals who are passionate about the broadcasting, media, and communications industry. Our learnership program will provide hands-on experience and exposure to various radio station functions.
Key Responsibilities (Based on Learnership Focus Areas):
You will gain practical experience and training in the following partnership areas:

Communications Partnerships – Manage internal and external communications, ensuring effective interaction across teams and stakeholders.

Customer Relations & Executive Support – Assist in fostering strong customer relations and supporting executive management, council, and department leaders.

Human Resources & Organizational Development – Support human resources functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.

Legal & Policy Partnerships – Help manage legal documentation, compliance, and develop policy strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Information Systems & Technology – Assist in maintaining and enhancing information systems, technologies, and digital tools used across the organization.

Project Management & Urban Development – Provide support in planning, developing, and managing projects related to urban management, housing, infrastructure, and community initiatives.

Sustainability & Climate Change – Contribute to projects focused on sustainability, climate change adaptation, and environmental concerns.

Disaster Risk Management – Work on preparedness and response strategies, supporting the organization’s efforts during emergencies.

Financial Management & Reporting – Participate in budgeting, accounting, tax collection, and reporting to ensure financial stability and transparency.

Social Support & Community Engagement – Assist in social development projects, supporting vulnerable populations and fostering community participation.

Recreational & Cultural Partnerships – Engage in managing recreational spaces, events, and programs that promote social well-being.

Transportation & Infrastructure – Gain knowledge in managing transportation networks, traffic systems, and urban infrastructure.

Technology & Information Partnerships – Collaborate on information technology and digital transformation projects within the organization.

Training & Capacity Building – Assist in organizing executive training, skill-building workshops, and educational courses for team members.
Qualifications and Requirements:

A passion for radio, broadcasting, and community development

A degree or diploma in communications, media studies, business, or related fields (preferred but not essential)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Motivated, flexible, and eager to learn

Prior experience in any of the listed areas is a plus
