We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join us as a Fellowship Partner, where you will contribute to the effectiveness of our diverse partnerships in various sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across multiple disciplines, including communications, customer relations, legal affairs, environmental initiatives, and urban management.
Responsibilities:
As a SayPro Partnership Radio Stations Fellow, you will assist in various capacities within our strategic partnerships, including but not limited to:

Communications Partnerships:

Support internal and external communications strategies across radio stations.

Foster customer relations and enhance station communication initiatives.

Provide executive support for council, human resources, and knowledge management.

Organizational Performance Management:
-
Help manage contract and performance metrics.

Contribute to data science initiatives and process innovations to improve organizational effectiveness.

Public Services Partnerships:
-
Collaborate on urban management, climate change, housing, and social development initiatives.

Assist with recreation, community services, and environmental efforts including waste and pollution management.

Legal and Financial Management:

Provide support to legal, financial, and regulatory teams for compliance and strategic growth.

Help manage budgeting, tax, financial reporting, and accounting activities for various projects.

Technology and Systems Support:

Contribute to the development and improvement of technology systems, including computer systems and digital transformation initiatives.

Assist with data management and information technology integration.

Disaster Risk and Emergency Management:

Support planning and execution of disaster preparedness and emergency response programs.

Sustainable Development:

Engage in sustainability programs focused on energy markets, electricity distribution, and urban development.

Assist with training, capacity building, and educational programs within the radio station and partner organizations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or related fields.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data management and digital tools.

Demonstrated interest in public service, media, and community development.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in project management, public relations, or customer service.
