Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Primary Schools/Elementary Schools Manager to lead our initiatives across multiple partnerships. This role will involve strategic oversight of communications, customer relations, human resources, information management, policy development, and organizational performance management within our primary school networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development:
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with schools, local authorities, and community organizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance educational services and community support.
- Communication and Customer Relations:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with parents, educators, and community members.
- Oversee customer service support to ensure a responsive and supportive environment for stakeholders.
- Human Resources and Organizational Performance:
- Manage HR processes, including recruitment, training, and staff development.
- Drive performance management initiatives and monitor organizational effectiveness.
- Information Management and Technology:
- Implement systems for effective data collection, management, and reporting.
- Leverage technology to enhance communication and operational efficiency.
- Policy and Strategy:
- Develop and advocate for policies that support educational excellence and community engagement.
- Monitor legislative changes and their impact on primary education.
- Project Management:
- Oversee planning and execution of projects related to school infrastructure, community programs, and educational initiatives.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Crisis Management and Resilience:
- Develop strategies for disaster risk management and emergency response in schools.
- Promote resilience and adaptability within school communities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in educational management, partnership development, or community engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and performance evaluation.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in education and community development.
