We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated University Graduate Interns to support various aspects of our magazine’s partnerships and operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while working on projects that make a difference in diverse sectors, including communications, customer relations, human resources, legal, urban management, sustainable energy, and more.
Job Description:
The University Graduate Intern will work alongside professionals from various departments within the SayPro Strategic Magazine to support their specific area of partnership. Interns will assist in research, data collection, content creation, and partner engagement efforts across a variety of strategic topics. Interns will also have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing projects and gain insight into the organizational and functional components of each department.
Key Responsibilities:

Communications Partnerships (SCSPR-1-31-1 to SCSPR-1-31-7): Support in the development and management of internal and external communications with partners.

Customer Relations & Support (SCSPR-1-31-2, SCSPR-1-31-15): Assist with customer engagement strategies and improve client relations.

Human Resources & Legal Partnerships (SCSPR-1-31-4, SCSPR-1-31-7): Collaborate with HR and legal teams on staff management, policies, and compliance issues.

Information and Technology Partnerships (SCSPR-1-31-5, SCSPR-1-31-6, SCSPR-1-31-133): Assist with research on information management and technology strategies to enhance magazine operations.

Urban & Environmental Partnerships (SCSPR-1-31-18 to SCSPR-1-31-136): Contribute to urban planning, climate change initiatives, and sustainability projects.

Organizational Performance & Strategy (SCSPR-1-31-9 to SCSPR-1-31-28): Support strategic planning, performance management, and project management efforts.

Disaster Management & Social Development (SCSPR-1-31-33 to SCSPR-1-31-115): Engage with teams working on social development, health, and emergency response initiatives.

Recreation, Sports & Community Engagement (SCSPR-1-31-66 to SCSPR-1-31-73): Assist with planning and organizing community-focused programs and events.

Financial, Budgeting, & Accounting Partnerships (SCSPR-1-31-102 to SCSPR-1-31-107): Assist with financial reporting, tax management, and budgeting processes.

Capacity Building & Training (SCSPR-1-31-141 to SCSPR-1-31-144): Support in organizing training programs and courses for capacity building within the organization.
Qualifications:
-
A recent graduate (within the last 2 years) from a recognized university with a degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Human Resources, Business, Environmental Studies, Technology, Urban Planning, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.

Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic understanding of strategic management, project planning, and/or organizational development is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools; experience with social media or content management systems is a plus.

Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to diverse initiatives within a high-profile magazine.
