Job Overview: SayPro is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Magazine Partnership Specialist to join our team in support of our strategic initiatives across multiple sectors. This role involves collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders to develop and manage partnerships for SayPro Strategic Magazine. This position is vital in enhancing communication strategies, building partnerships, and contributing to the development of new content that aligns with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Magazine Communications Partnership (SCSPR-1-31-1): Manage and enhance communication efforts, ensuring consistent and strategic messaging through various channels.

Customer Relations Communications (SCSPR-1-31-2): Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with the magazine.

Executive and Council Support Communications (SCSPR-1-31-3): Provide support to the executive team and council in communication and partnership management efforts.

Human Resources Communications (SCSPR-1-31-4): Collaborate with HR to integrate workforce strategies and foster a strong organizational culture.

Information and Knowledge Management (SCSPR-1-31-5): Ensure effective knowledge sharing, using technology to support the partnership network.

Technology & Systems Partnership (SCSPR-1-31-6): Work closely with the tech and systems teams to integrate digital tools, enhancing magazine operations.

Legal and Policy Strategy Partnerships (SCSPR-1-31-7, SCSPR-1-31-8): Engage legal teams and policy makers to maintain compliance and align strategic objectives.

Sustainable Energy & Climate Change Partnerships (SCSPR-1-31-23, SCSPR-1-31-24): Contribute to environmentally conscious initiatives and ensure content aligns with sustainability goals.

Financial & Resource Management (SCSPR-1-31-45, SCSPR-1-31-104): Oversee budgeting, accounting, and financial strategies for magazine-related partnerships.

Urban Development & Housing Partnerships (SCSPR-1-31-77, SCSPR-1-31-80): Partner with urban development agencies to enhance content around housing, zoning, and city planning.

Recreation, Social Development & Emergency Response Partnerships (SCSPR-1-31-30, SCSPR-1-31-93, SCSPR-1-31-97): Drive initiatives in community development, recreation, and emergency preparedness to enhance magazine content.

Training & Capacity Building Partnerships (SCSPR-1-31-141, SCSPR-1-31-143): Lead initiatives to build capacity within the organization and enhance team skills via training and professional development.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in magazine publication, partnership development, or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various partners.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
