Job Overview:
SayPro Strategic is looking for a dedicated and experienced Magazine Manager to oversee various partnerships for our SayPro Strategic Magazine. As the Magazine Manager, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of partnerships that span multiple domains, ensuring the seamless execution of initiatives that contribute to our strategic goals and the overall success of the magazine.
The role will involve managing key partnerships related to communications, customer relations, human resources, policy strategy, sustainability, disaster management, and more. You will be expected to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to drive innovative projects, improve organizational performance, and maintain high-quality magazine content.
Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of partnerships with various organizations, governmental bodies, and strategic stakeholders.

Magazine Communications: Manage magazine communication strategies, ensuring timely delivery and relevant content for different sections (legal, policy and customer service).

Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams such as editorial, creative, legal, and policy teams to ensure magazine content aligns with strategic objectives.

Event and Program Oversight: Manage events and initiatives related to the magazine, such as workshops, conferences, and public engagements.

Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources, budgets, and timelines for magazine partnerships and initiatives.

Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to enhance magazine outreach and ensure alignment with SayPro’s goals in sustainability, innovation, and community development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with departments like Human Resources, Performance Management, Disaster Risk Management, Housing, Climate Change, and others to ensure comprehensive and timely content.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards for all published content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance to our diverse audience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
