Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborative Communication: Support ongoing communications between the television network and stakeholders.
• Customer Service Support: Assist in handling viewer feedback and enhancing the customer experience.
• Operational Assistance: Provide support in the areas of finance, legal, planning, and resource management.
• Research & Strategy: Engage in market research, policy development, and strategic planning for local television services.
• Community Engagement: Participate in projects designed to improve social, economic, and environmental outcomes for the communities served.
• Disaster & Risk Management: Work alongside teams to ensure effective emergency response planning and disaster preparedness.
• Technology & Infrastructure: Assist with the maintenance and improvement of technological and physical infrastructure.

Requirements:
