Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in various strategic projects, research, and development initiatives within the Local Television partnership.

• Support teams in preparing reports, managing communications, and engaging with stakeholders.

• Contribute to planning and coordinating TVET College-related programs and initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve organizational performance and effectiveness.

• Help in policy development, compliance, and legal documentation as required.

• Assist with resource management, budgeting, and data reporting.

• Participate in environmental sustainability, energy initiatives, and disaster risk management programs.

• Help plan and implement community outreach and educational initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate (within the last 1-2 years) from a TVET College in relevant fields such as Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Legal Studies, Information Technology, Urban Management, or Environmental Sciences.

• Strong interest in television and media operations, strategy, and partnerships.

• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• A passion for community development, sustainability, and capacity building.
