Job Summary:
SayPro is offering a unique opportunity for dynamic and driven graduates to join our Strategic High Schools/Secondary School TVET College Partnership program. As a Graduate Intern, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience in various aspects of partnership management and support across diverse areas such as communications, customer relations, human resources, legal affairs, environmental sustainability, and more.
The position will provide interns with exposure to organizational operations, key strategic initiatives, and industry-specific knowledge. Interns will work alongside professionals who are committed to delivering impactful projects that align with the mission and vision of SayPro. Key Responsibilities:
Depending on the specific role, the intern may be responsible for the following duties:
- Communications & Partnership Support
- Assist with managing communication strategies for various partnerships.
- Draft and distribute internal and external communications, including reports and newsletters.
- Help organize events, workshops, and meetings to foster collaboration among partners.
- Contribute to social media and public relations activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Customer Relations & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support efforts to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, TVET colleges, and community organizations.
- Address customer queries and ensure timely and professional communication.
- Track customer feedback and help implement improvements.
- Human Resources & Organizational Support
- Assist in recruitment, training, and development initiatives for staff and stakeholders.
- Support HR-related administrative tasks such as maintaining records and assisting in employee engagement programs.
- Legal, Compliance & Strategy Assistance
- Assist with legal documentation, contracts, and compliance checks to ensure partnerships align with regulatory frameworks.
- Contribute to strategic planning sessions and report drafting for various departments.
- Project Management & Organizational Performance
- Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring for various partnership initiatives.
- Help gather data, analyze performance, and contribute to performance improvement strategies.
- Sustainability, Policy, and Development
- Contribute to environmental sustainability projects and policies to promote a greener future.
- Assist in policy formulation and development in line with strategic goals.
- Support research and development activities related to organizational growth.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- A recent graduate (within the last 2 years) with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Business Administration, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, Communications, Legal Studies, or related disciplines.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus.
- A passion for community development and educational programs.
