Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa requires the services of a Graphic Designer, reporting to the Commercial Director. The role purpose is to provide comprehensive internal design support, digital assistance, and data management, facilitating swift responses to market dynamics while aiding in presentations and enabling seamless post go-live operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Design and create internal materials such as planograms, Picture of Success, pack shots, and Point of Purchase (PoP) materials • Provide assistance with MyCCBA and other digital support tasks, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction • Collaborate with sales representatives and other field personnel to complement their efforts, rather than replace them • Play a pivotal role in enabling the company to respond rapidly to market changes, enhancing competitiveness • Contribute to the preparation of presentations for Cross-Functional Management Team (CMT) meetings • Ensure internal design materials align with company standards and guidelines • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal design and digital support • Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for design projects • Continuously evaluate and improve internal design processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills, Experience & Education
Graphic Design Tertiary qualification • Minimum three (3) years’ experience • Knowledge and application of Adobe Illustrator • Knowledge of CorelDRAW • Experience in large format printing and the ability to operate large format machine • Good Organizational abilities • A self-starter with high energy level • Continuous Improvement mindset • Ability to identify gaps and initiate improvement activities.
