Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic advising or faculty development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
