Position Overview:

SayPro is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented graduate intern to join our Educational Needs Assessments Research team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in evaluating educational needs within Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions. As a Graduate Intern, you will contribute to research projects aimed at enhancing the quality and effectiveness of TVET programs.

Key Responsibilities:

SayPro Data Collection and Analysis:
– Assist in gathering quantitative and qualitative data through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
– Analyze educational needs, trends, and gaps in TVET programs to support informed decision-making.

SayPro Research Support:
– Conduct literature reviews and assist in compiling and summarizing research findings.
– Support the development of research methodologies and data collection tools.

SayPro Report Preparation:
– Contribute to the drafting and editing of research reports, presentations, and summaries.
– Prepare visualizations and data representations to effectively communicate findings.

SayPro Collaboration:
– Work closely with senior researchers, educators, and stakeholders to understand educational challenges and opportunities.
– Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the research process.

– Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation.

SayPro Qualifications:

– Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Education, Social Sciences, Research, or a related field.
– Strong analytical skills and familiarity with research methods and data analysis.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, NVivo) is preferred.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
