Job Overview:
SayPro is looking for a motivated TVET college graduate to join our team as a Development Partnerships Intern. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate citizenship, community relations, and social impact projects. You will support our efforts in developing and implementing strategies that align with our mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
1.SayPro Corporate Citizenship Strategy Development
– Assist in defining and articulating the vision and mission for corporate citizenship.
– Support the development of policies to guide corporate citizenship efforts.
– Engage with stakeholders to align on priorities and objectives.
– Help establish specific, measurable goals for corporate citizenship.
– Contribute to creating a long-term strategic plan for implementing corporate citizenship initiatives.
2.SayPro Community Engagement and Relations
– Conduct assessments to understand community needs and support public consultations.
– Assist in building partnerships with local organizations and leaders.
– Help organize community events to foster relationships and support volunteer programs.
– Manage and coordinate employee volunteer opportunities.
3.SayPro Social Impact Projects
– Support the design of projects addressing social issues and community needs.
– Contribute to the development of plans for project execution and management.
– Assist in monitoring and evaluating project progress and impact.
– Help with reporting on project outcomes and ensuring sustainability.
4.SayPro Environmental Responsibility
– Assist in developing sustainability programs to reduce environmental impact.
– Support energy efficiency initiatives and waste management strategies.
– Help in obtaining green certifications and promoting eco-friendly practices.
5.SayPro Ethical Business Practices
– Support the establishment and enforcement of a code of conduct for ethical behavior.
– Assist in conducting training on ethical practices and compliance.
– Help perform compliance audits and implement anti-corruption measures.
– Contribute to creating whistleblower policies for reporting unethical practices.
6.SayPro Employee Well-being and Development
– Assist in promoting health and wellness programs for employees.
– Support career development initiatives and work-life balance programs.

7.SayPro Philanthropy and Charitable Giving
– Support charitable donations, matching gift programs, and in-kind contributions.
– Assist in managing grants and organizing fundraising events.

– Help with scholarship programs and educational partnerships.
– Support workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs.
– Assist in developing community learning centers.
9.SayPro Human Rights and Labor Practices
– Contribute to developing policies for human rights and fair labor practices.
– Assist in monitoring supply chains and implementing anti-discrimination measures.
– Support worker rights education and protections.
10.SayPro Disaster Relief and Emergency Response
– Assist in developing plans for disaster response and providing relief efforts.
– Support crisis management and disaster recovery programs.
11.SayPro Health and Safety Initiatives
– Contribute to implementing workplace safety programs and health screening initiatives.
– Help provide safety training and conduct emergency response drills.
– Assist with health and safety audits.
12.SayPro Economic Development and Empowerment
– Support local business promotion, job creation programs, and economic grants.
– Assist in skill development and microfinance initiatives.
13.SayPro Transparency and Reporting
– Help develop and publish CSR reports and communicate efforts to stakeholders.
– Support impact measurement and annual reviews of CSR performance.
14.SayPro Innovation and Technology for Social Good
– Assist in developing technology solutions for social issues.
– Support innovation labs and partnerships with tech NGOs.
– Contribute to digital inclusion and research for beneficial technologies.
15.SayPro Environmental Stewardship Programs
– Support conservation projects and green building initiatives.
– Help ensure sustainable supply chain practices and climate action strategies.
16.SayPro Community Health and Wellness Programs
– Assist in health education and supporting community health clinics.
– Help with mental health programs and preventive health initiatives.
– Support fitness and recreational activities for community health.
17.SayPro Cultural and Artistic Support
– Assist in sponsoring arts and cultural events and supporting cultural heritage projects.
– Help develop community arts programs and provide artist grants.
18.SayPro Access to Basic Services
– Support projects improving access to water, sanitation, healthcare, education, and transportation.
– Assist in emergency aid programs for immediate needs.
19.SayPro Global and Local Partnerships
– Contribute to international CSR initiatives and local community partnerships.
– Support multi-stakeholder initiatives and cross-sector collaboration.
– Assist in evaluating partnership effectiveness and impact.
20.SayPro Employee Engagement and Participation
– Help provide CSR volunteering opportunities and employee giving programs.
– Support CSR workshops and gather employee feedback on initiatives.
– Contribute to recognition programs for employee contributions.
Qualifications:
– TVET college graduate with a relevant field of study.
– Strong interest in corporate social responsibility, community engagement, and sustainability.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis.
