We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Development Partnerships Manager to lead our corporate citizenship and community engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference, skilled in strategic planning, and adept at building meaningful partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will drive our CSR efforts, ensuring they align with our mission to create lasting social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1.SayPro Corporate Citizenship Strategy Development
– Define and articulate the vision and mission for SayPro’s corporate citizenship.
– Develop and implement policies guiding our corporate citizenship initiatives.
– Engage with stakeholders to align on priorities and set measurable goals.
– Create and execute long-term strategic plans for our corporate citizenship efforts.
2.SayPro Community Engagement and Relations
– Conduct assessments to identify and understand community needs.
– Facilitate public consultations to gather community input and feedback.
– Establish and nurture partnerships with local organizations and community leaders.
– Organize community events to foster strong relations and support local initiatives.
– Develop and manage volunteer programs that encourage employee participation.
3.SayPro Social Impact Projects
– Design impactful social projects addressing community needs.
– Develop comprehensive implementation plans for project execution and management.
– Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring measurable impact.
– Report transparently on project outcomes and financials.
– Ensure the long-term sustainability of social impact initiatives.
4.SayPro Environmental Responsibility
– Lead the development of sustainability programs aimed at reducing environmental impact.
– Implement energy efficiency initiatives and waste management strategies.
– Obtain green certifications and promote eco-friendly products and practices.
5.SayPro Ethical Business Practices
– Establish and maintain a code of conduct promoting ethical behavior.
– Conduct training sessions on ethical practices and compliance.
– Perform audits to ensure adherence to ethical standards.
– Implement anti-corruption measures and develop whistleblower policies.
6.SayPro Employee Well-being and Development
– Develop health and wellness programs that promote employee well-being.
– Provide continuous training and career development opportunities.
– Implement initiatives that support a healthy work-life balance and promote diversity and inclusion.
7.SayPro Philanthropy and Charitable Giving
– Oversee and manage charitable donations and matching gift programs.
– Coordinate in-kind contributions and manage grants supporting community initiatives.
– Organize fundraising events for charitable causes.
8.SayPro Education and Training Initiatives
– Manage scholarship programs and educational partnerships.
– Host workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs supporting education and training.
– Support the development of community learning centers.
9.SayPro Human Rights and Labor Practices
– Develop and enforce human rights and fair labor practices within SayPro’s operations.
– Monitor supply chain partners for compliance with labor standards.
– Implement anti-discrimination initiatives and provide education on workers’ rights.
10.SayPro Disaster Relief and Emergency Response
– Develop and implement disaster response and emergency preparedness plans.
– Coordinate relief efforts and support recovery programs in crisis situations.
– Partner with organizations specializing in disaster relief.
11.SayPro Health and Safety Initiatives
– Implement workplace safety programs and conduct health screenings.
– Provide safety training and conduct emergency response drills.
– Perform audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
12.SayPro Economic Development and Empowerment
– Support local businesses and promote job creation programs.
– Administer economic grants and develop skill development programs.
– Support microfinance initiatives and small business lending.
13.SayPro Transparency and Reporting
– Develop and publish comprehensive CSR reports and communicate efforts to stakeholders.
– Measure and report on the impact of CSR initiatives and conduct annual reviews.
– Ensure transparency in CSR practices and public disclosures.
14.SayPro Innovation and Technology for Social Good
– Develop technology solutions addressing social issues and foster innovation.
– Partner with NGOs focused on technology and digital inclusion in underserved communities.
– Invest in R&D for technologies that benefit society.
15.SayPro Environmental Stewardship Programs
– Support conservation projects and implement green building practices.
– Ensure a sustainable supply chain and support climate action strategies.
– Raise awareness through public campaigns about environmental issues.
16.SayPro Community Health and Wellness Programs
– Provide health education and support community health clinics.
– Offer mental health services and implement preventive health programs.
– Promote fitness and recreational activities for community health.
17.SayPro Cultural and Artistic Support
– Sponsor local arts and cultural events and support cultural heritage projects.
– Develop community-based arts programs and provide grants to local artists.
– Support the creation of public art installations.
18.SayPro Access to Basic Services
– Improve access to clean water, sanitation, and healthcare services.
– Support education access through scholarships and transportation services.
– Provide emergency aid for immediate community needs.
19.SayPro Global and Local Partnerships
– Engage in global CSR projects and collaborate with local community partners.
– Participate in multi-stakeholder initiatives and cross-sector collaborations.
– Assess and evaluate the impact of partnerships.
20.SayPro Employee Engagement and Participation
– Provide opportunities for employees to participate in CSR activities.
– Encourage employee giving and host CSR workshops.
– Gather employee feedback on CSR initiatives and recognize their contributions.
SayPro Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in CSR, corporate citizenship, or related roles.
– Proven experience in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
– Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
– Passion for social impact and sustainability.
