Position Overview:
The SayPro Development Partnerships Fellow will play a pivotal role in supporting and advancing our CSR initiatives. This fellowship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate citizenship, community engagement, and social impact project management. The Fellow will work closely with various teams to help design, implement, and evaluate programs that address key social, environmental, and community needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1.SayPro Corporate Citizenship Strategy Development
– Assist in defining the vision and mission for SayPro’s corporate citizenship efforts.
– Support the development of policies guiding corporate citizenship initiatives.
– Engage with stakeholders to align on priorities and strategies.
– Contribute to setting specific, measurable goals for corporate citizenship.
– Help create long-term plans for implementing corporate citizenship initiatives.

2.SayPro Community Engagement and Relations
– Conduct assessments to understand and document community needs.
– Organize and facilitate public consultations to gather community feedback.
– Support the establishment of partnerships with local organizations and leaders.
– Plan and execute community events to enhance community relations.
– Develop and manage employee volunteer programs.

3.SayPro Social Impact Projects
– Assist in designing projects that address social issues and community needs.
– Contribute to the development of implementation plans for project execution.
– Monitor and evaluate project progress and impact.
– Help prepare reports on project outcomes and financials.
– Ensure the sustainability of social impact projects.

4.SayPro Environmental Responsibility
– Support the development of programs aimed at reducing environmental impact.
– Assist in implementing energy efficiency and waste management initiatives.
– Aid in obtaining green certifications and promoting eco-friendly practices.

5.SayPro Ethical Business Practices
– Help establish and enforce ethical standards and a code of conduct.
– Assist in conducting training and compliance audits.
– Support anti-corruption measures and whistleblower policies.

6.SayPro Employee Well-being and Development
– Contribute to health and wellness programs and career development initiatives.
– Support work-life balance programs and diversity and inclusion efforts.
– Assist in offering employee assistance and support services.

7.SayPro Philanthropy and Charitable Giving
– Aid in managing charitable donations and matching gift programs.
– Support in-kind contributions, grants management, and fundraising events.

8.SayPro Education and Training Initiatives
– Help manage scholarship programs and educational partnerships.
– Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs.
– Support the development of community learning centers.

9.SayPro Human Rights and Labor Practices
– Assist in developing and monitoring human rights and fair labor policies.
– Help ensure supply chain adherence to labor standards and implement anti-discrimination initiatives.

10.SayPro Disaster Relief and Emergency Response
– Support the development of disaster response plans and crisis management strategies.
– Assist in relief efforts and partnerships with relief organizations.

11.SayPro Health and Safety Initiatives
– Help implement workplace safety programs and health screenings.
– Assist in safety training, emergency drills, and health and safety audits.

12.SayPro Economic Development and Empowerment
– Support programs that promote local business and job creation.
– Assist in providing economic grants and skill development resources.
– Aid in microfinance initiatives.

13.SayPro Transparency and Reporting
– Contribute to CSR reporting, stakeholder communication, and impact measurement.
– Assist in public disclosure and annual reviews of CSR performance.

14.SayPro Innovation and Technology for Social Good
– Support tech-for-good projects and innovation labs.
– Assist in partnerships with tech NGOs and promote digital inclusion.

15.SayPro Environmental Stewardship Programs
– Aid in conservation projects, green building initiatives, and climate action strategies.
– Support public awareness campaigns on environmental issues.

16.SayPro Community Health and Wellness Programs
– Assist in health education, community health clinics, and preventive health programs.
– Support mental health services and fitness and recreation activities.

17.SayPro Cultural and Artistic Support
– Help sponsor arts and cultural events and support cultural heritage projects.
– Assist in developing community arts programs and public art installations.

18.SayPro Access to Basic Services
– Support projects improving access to water, sanitation, healthcare, education, and transportation.

19.SayPro Global and Local Partnerships
– Assist in engaging with global and local CSR initiatives and partnerships.
– Support cross-sector collaboration and partnership evaluations.

20.SayPro Employee Engagement and Participation
– Help manage CSR volunteering opportunities and employee giving programs.
– Assist in hosting CSR workshops and gathering employee feedback.
– Support recognition programs for employee contributions to CSR efforts.

Qualifications:
– Recent graduate with a degree in social sciences, business, environmental studies, or a related field.
– Strong passion for corporate social responsibility and community engagement.
– Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Previous experience in CSR, project management, or community work is a plus.
