Job Summary: The SayPro Corporate Videos Service TVET College Graduate Intern will assist in the creation, production, and promotion of corporate videos that reflect the brand’s identity and engage target audiences. The intern will gain hands-on experience in video strategy development, production planning, editing, and distribution. This role is ideal for a recent graduate from a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) college with a passion for video production and digital media. 

Key Responsibilities: 

SayPro Video Strategy Development 

• Assist in setting clear objectives for video projects. 

• Conduct research to understand and analyze target audiences. 

• Collaborate on content planning to align with the brand’s message. 

• Support budget planning and allocation for video projects. 

• Help develop strategies for video distribution and promotion. 

SayPro Concept and Script Development 

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate video ideas. 

• Assist in writing detailed scripts or storyboards for video projects. 

• Collaborate on script reviews and approvals with stakeholders. 

• Help create visual storyboards to map out video flow. 

• Support narrative development to ensure engaging storytelling. 

SayPro Pre-Production Planning 

• Assist in scouting and securing locations for filming. 

• Help with the casting of actors or on-screen talent. 

• Coordinate the rental and arrangement of video equipment and props. 

• Assist in scheduling production timelines and maintaining the production calendar. 

• Support the process of obtaining necessary permits and licenses. 

SayPro Production 

• Participate in filming video content according to the script and storyboard. 

• Assist in directing actors and crew during shoots. 

• Help with sound recording, including dialogue and sound effects. 

• Support the setup and adjustment of lighting for optimal video quality. 

• Operate cameras under supervision and capture various angles and shots. 

SayPro Post-Production 

• Assist in video editing, cutting, and assembling footage into the final product. 

• Help with color correction and visual grading for consistency. 

• Participate in sound editing, including mixing audio tracks and sound effects. 

• Support the addition of visual effects and graphics as needed. 

• Help with subtitling and captioning to ensure video accessibility. 

SayPro Animation and Motion Graphics 

• Assist in creating animated elements and graphics for videos. 

• Help develop motion graphics to enhance visual content. 

• Integrate animations and graphics into video projects. 

• Ensure that animations and graphics are consistent with the overall video style. 

• Participate in rendering final videos with animations and graphics. 

SayPro Voiceover and Narration 

• Assist in writing and refining voiceover scripts. 

• Help select and record voiceover talent in a professional studio. 

• Support the synchronization of voiceovers with video content. 

• Participate in ensuring audio quality and clarity. 

SayPro Music and Sound Design 

• Assist in selecting appropriate background music or composing custom tracks. 

• Help with the addition of sound effects to enhance video impact. 

• Support the audio mixing process to balance music, voiceovers, and sound effects. 

• Ensure proper licensing for all music and sound effects used in videos. 

• Participate in the final review of audio tracks for quality assurance. 

SayPro Branding and Graphics 

• Assist in incorporating brand elements such as logos and colors into videos. 

• Help design title cards, end screens, and lower thirds for videos. 

• Support the creation of on-screen text and graphics. 

• Participate in animating logos for video introductions or transitions. 

SayPro Review and Approval 

• Conduct internal reviews of video content with the team. 

• Help gather feedback from clients or stakeholders. 

• Assist in making revisions based on feedback. 

• Support the process of obtaining final approval before video distribution. 

• Help create different versions of videos if needed (e.g., shorter cuts, various formats). 

SayPro Distribution and Promotion 

• Assist in selecting platforms for video distribution (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo). 

• Help optimize video content for search engines (SEO). 

• Participate in sharing and promoting videos across social media channels. 

• Assist in integrating videos into email marketing campaigns. 

• Support paid promotion efforts to increase video reach. 

SayPro Analytics and Tracking 

• Help track video performance metrics (e.g., views, engagement, conversions). 

• Assist in analyzing audience demographics and behavior. 

• Support the measurement of return on investment (ROI) for video projects. 

• Help gather feedback from viewers and generate performance reports. 

Qualifications: 

• Recent graduate from a TVET college with a focus on video production, digital media, or a related field. 

• Basic understanding of video production processes, including pre-production, filming, and post-production. 

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). 

• Strong communication and organizational skills. 

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in video production and digital media.
