Role Overview:
As a SayPro Camps Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a wide variety of camps. This includes designing camp programs, coordinating logistics, working with instructors and facilitators, and ensuring an enriching experience for all participants. You will have the opportunity to work across different types of camps, each with unique themes and goals.
Key Responsibilities:

– Manage residential camps, ensuring a safe and enriching overnight experience.
– Develop specialty camps focused on specific interests such as sports, arts, or technology.
– Design and execute family camps that allow families to participate together in various activities.

– Lead outdoor survival training programs, teaching essential wilderness skills.
– Coordinate rock climbing camps with professional instruction and safety protocols.
– Plan and guide hiking and trekking excursions in various natural settings.
– Organize water sports camps featuring kayaking, rafting, and canoeing activities.
3.SayPro Sports Camps:
– Develop soccer camps focused on skill development and teamwork.
– Manage basketball camps, providing coaching and practice sessions.
– Oversee swimming camps with lessons on technique and water safety.
