Richardson, Texas, Posting Number: S06073P Department: Crow Museum Salary Range: $62,000 to $65,000 Pay Basis: Monthly Position Status: Regular full-time Location: Richardson Job Description: This position will report to the Director of Development and will work in close collaboration with the Crow Museum staff and the Office of Communications at UT Dallas. The Marketing Manager will take a lead role in developing strategic integrated marketing programs that leverage traditional and digital media to support exhibitions, programs, and initiatives at the Crow Museum of Asian Art.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of marketing project management, setting project management schedules, including media planning and placement, design and production of materials, and ensuring that campaigns remain on track to meet strategic objectives. Inter- and cross-departmental collaboration, and external relationship management with media partners, vendors, agencies, and designers is integral to the Marketing Manager’s role.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with coursework in communication arts; two years or more experience in promotion work, marketing or public relations; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Education and Experience: Preferred Education and Experience 3 to 5 years progressively responsible marketing or advertising experience Demonstrated experience developing and managing integrated multi-channel marketing plans Strong verbal and written communications and project management skills Knowledge of digital marketing including social media Strong Microsoft 365 skills Adobe CS5, HTML , and email marketing a plus, but not mandatory.
