Job Title: HR Officer Job Code: HR – TR – OFF – 036 Number of vacancies: 1 Application start date: 15 Jan 2025 Application closure date: 21 Jan 2025 Availability to start: As soon as possible. Turkish Nationality is an Advantage. Role Purpose He/She will support the Human Resources Department in the main functions and operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIE: 1- Flow-up Project Reports: Follow-up receiving the monthly staff reports, monthly attendance reports, and monthly updates which is provided by HR Officer in Syria. Audit the reports received and provide the finance department with them periodically. Prepare and follow up the contracts and the monthly attendance reports and all the required documents for project staff. Maintain all the documents which are related to the project. 2- Maintain the employee documents: Maintain updated copies of staff documentation including national ID, and educational certificates. Follow-up on receiving training course certificates from employees. Maintain all the other documents received from the HR Officer in its specific location. 3- Administrative Work: Follow-up hiring process, Follow-up the SGK registration prosses. Assist in organizing staff training sessions, workshops, and activities. Prepare the purchase orders required by the HR department. Coordination and follow-up of the internal and external Training courses for employees. 4- Adhering to the organization’s code of conduct. 5- Ensuring that accountability and safeguarding procedures are adhered to and followed, and that any observation is reported. 6- Preserving the dignity of the beneficiaries and not causing any harm. 7- Respecting and applying all principles of protection from sexual exploitation and abuse and the child protection policy, and the obligation to report any incident of sexual exploitation or abuse or any breach of the protection policy. 8- Adhering to all Takaful Al Sham organization policies and abiding by administrative orders and disciplinary procedures in the event of any violations. 9- A pledge to abide by the zero-tolerance policy adopted by the Takaful Al Sham organization in cases of sexual exploitation and abuse, and immediate reporting in the event of any violation in this regard. 10- Executing any other tasks assigned to him/her by the line manager. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 1- Bachelor’s degree in administration or any relevant area. 2- At least 4 years of experience in administrative work. 3- High skills in using Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint …). 4- Fluently in Arabic and English languages spoken and written. 5- Ability to learn. 6- Great attention to details. 7- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 8- Email writing skills. 9- Ability to work under pressure. 10- Ability to work in a team. 11- High organizational and time-management skills. 12- Confidentiality in dealing with employee information. 13- High analytical and reporting skills. 14- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
