**SayPro Prayer and Praise Singing Guideline
SayPro Neftaly Malatjie adoption of Prayer and Praise Singing guideline
To the Chairperson of SayPro Mr. Clifford Legodi, SayPro Royal Committee, all SayPro Chiefs and all SayPro team members.
This is to confirm that as of 31 October 2024 by the authority given to me by the one who is above us all.
I herewith adopt that for every SayPro meeting, SayPro Board Meetings, SayPro Guest Visits, SayPro Functions, SayPro parties. As long as there are 3 people.
You all need to start with a song then pray and after you finish you close the session with a song an a prayer.
It does not matter the type of a visitor or event. This process has to be followed.
SayPro is founded and guided by Faith therefore it is mandatory for staff and partnerships you should work with employees that are part of Christianity faith.
Proverbs 16:3
Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed
Here is how you conduct the prayer and meetings.
Prayer Guideline for Morning Knock In and Afternoon Knock Off.
Please note that prayer time should be 15 minutes maximum. No extended time beyond this.
Also note that SayPro does not replace churches.
Morning and afternoon prayer is intended to bring God into our day work.
In reality all SayPro staff are supposed to go to church before coming to the office. Due to regulations and restrictions and the diversity of SayPro. All SayPro staff members are mandated to have a prayer in the office or buildings.
Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Hymn Song refer to the Hymn Book you can sing in any language.
Step 2: Prayer if there is a Pastor at SayPro he or she must lead with the prayer.
Step 3: Songs until the end of 12 minutes
Step 4: Prayer. If there is a Pastor at SayPro, he or she must lead with the prayer. Ensure that the person who leads with a prayer becomes consistent or is the same person.
Also, ensure that the people who lead songs can really sing.
Prayer Guideline for Meetings, Events, Training and Workshops
Step 1: Before you can start talking, asking questions, greet each other start a song when the singer finishes my say Thank you for Step 2
Step 2: Any person can do the prayer without instructions. If no one the one who is chairing or invited the meeting can request or nominate someone to lead with a prayer
Step 3: The meeting can continue referring to the SayPro Royal Committee Management Procedure
Step 4: During the meeting, whilst there are breaks or sharing of documents or delays, remember to sing songs. Then when finished singing say Thank you. It is recommended the songs should be 1 paragraph in order to save time.
Step 5: Once the meeting is over a last song should be sang. The speaker must say Thank you.
Step 6: A closing prayer should be held and the meeting ends. After the closing prayer, no discussions can be held about this meeting.
We encourage all SayPro members to sing Difela or Hymns or Amahubo or Tinsimu from the Hymn Books, not fashion music.
My message shall end here.
