Job Title: SayPro Website Services Manager – WordPress Installation and Setup

Job Overview: The SayPro Website Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of WordPress websites for clients, from domain and hosting setup to ongoing site maintenance, security, and support. This role involves customization of themes, installation and configuration of plugins, performance optimization, SEO enhancement, e-commerce integration, and more. The ideal candidate is proficient in WordPress, has excellent technical skills, and is capable of providing a full suite of website management services. 

Key Responsibilities: 

SayPro WordPress Installation and Setup  

• Assist clients with domain registration and hosting setup. 

• Install WordPress on hosting servers and perform initial configuration (site title, tagline, permalinks). 

• Install and configure themes based on client requirements. 

SayPro Theme Customization 

• Provide guidance on theme selection to fit the project’s aesthetic and functional needs. 

• Customize theme settings, options, and CSS for a tailored look and feel. 

• Adjust layout elements, widgets, and other theme components. 

SayPro Plugin Installation and Configuration 

• Recommend and select essential plugins based on site requirements. 

• Install, activate, and configure plugins to ensure optimal performance. 

• Regularly update plugins to maintain security and functionality. 

SayPro Custom Plugin Development 

• Analyze client needs and develop custom WordPress plugins tailored to their specifications. 

• Test, deploy, and provide ongoing support for custom plugins. 

SayPro Website Migration 

• Create full backups of existing websites before migration. 

• Plan and execute website migrations to new hosts or domains, including post-migration testing for errors. 

SayPro Website Security 

• Conduct security audits to identify and address vulnerabilities. 

• Install and configure security plugins, enforce regular updates, and implement backup solutions. 

SayPro Performance Optimization 

• Perform speed audits to identify areas of improvement. 

• Optimize site performance using caching solutions, image optimization, and code minification. 

SayPro SEO Optimization 

• Install and configure SEO plugins to enhance site visibility. 

• Optimize on-page SEO elements like meta titles, descriptions, headers, and create XML sitemaps. 

• Conduct SEO audits and implement recommendations. 

SayPro Content Management 

• Assist with content creation, formatting, editing, and proofreading. 

• Manage content schedules, media uploads, and ensure consistent updates across pages and posts. 

SayPro User Management 

• Set up and manage user roles, permissions, and security settings. 

• Monitor user registration and profiles, implement role-based access control. 

SayPro E-Commerce Integration 

• Set up WooCommerce for online stores, manage product listings, and configure payment gateways. 

• Oversee order management, shipping, and inventory processes. 

SayPro Analytics and Tracking 

• Integrate Google Analytics and set up tracking for marketing campaigns and conversions. 

• Create custom reports and track events to monitor user interactions. 

SayPro Form Creation and Management 

• Install and customize form plugins (e.g., Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms). 

• Integrate forms with marketing tools and track form submissions. 

SayPro Multilingual Site Setup 

• Install and configure multilingual plugins, translate content, and optimize SEO for multiple languages. 

SayPro Backup and Restore Services 

• Set up and schedule automated backups, perform regular restore tests, and provide restore services if needed. 

SayPro Accessibility Improvements 

• Conduct accessibility audits, install plugins to improve usability, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG). 

SayPro Custom Theme Development 

• Design and develop custom WordPress themes based on client specifications. 

• Test themes across devices and browsers, and provide ongoing support. 

SayPro Blog Management 

• Set up and manage the blog section, moderate comments, and implement strategies to increase engagement. 

SayPro Site Maintenance 

• Regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins. 

• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine security checks. 

SayPro Training and Support 

• Provide WordPress training to clients and internal teams. 

• Develop user manuals and documentation. 

• Offer ongoing support and helpdesk services for troubleshooting and technical assistance. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in WordPress installation, setup, and management. 

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript for customization and development. 

• Familiarity with popular WordPress plugins, themes, and tools (e.g., WooCommerce, Elementor, Yoast SEO). 

• Experience in website migration, security, SEO optimization, and performance tuning. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Strong communication and project management abilities. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with custom plugin development. 

• Proficiency in backup and restore tools, security audits, and accessibility improvements. 

• Knowledge of multilingual site setup and e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce.
