About SayPro: SayPro is dedicated to empowering youth through education, skills development, and community engagement. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Volunteer Manager to join our team and help us make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Training: Identify, recruit, and train volunteers to support various programs and initiatives.
• Volunteer Coordination: Schedule and manage volunteer activities, ensuring effective utilization of volunteer skills and time.
• Support and Supervision: Provide ongoing support, supervision, and recognition to volunteers, fostering a positive and productive environment.
• Program Development: Collaborate with program managers to develop and implement volunteer programs that align with organizational goals.
• Reporting and Evaluation: Maintain accurate records of volunteer activities and contributions, and evaluate the impact of volunteer programs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in volunteer management or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, human resources, or a related field.
• Passion: A strong commitment to community service and youth development.
