Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Student Success Coordinator Volunteer to join our team. The Student Success Coordinator Volunteer will support student success initiatives, provide guidance and support to students, and ensure that students receive comprehensive support throughout their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of student success initiatives and programs.
- Provide guidance and support to students regarding academic, social-emotional, and career development.
- Help with the registration process and maintain accurate student records.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to create and implement student success programs.
- Monitor and analyze data related to student performance and program effectiveness.
- Assist in preparing reports and presenting findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
- Interest in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
