Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic TVET College Graduate Intern to join our Student Services team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in student service coordination and management within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of student service strategies and programs.
- Support the coordination of student services, including counseling, academic support, and extracurricular activities.
- Help build and maintain positive relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
- Assist in organizing and overseeing student events, workshops, and support programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for student inquiries and concerns.
- Track and report on student service activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive service strategies.
- Assist in managing crisis situations and handling issues that may affect student well-being.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate from a TVET College with a qualification in Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Familiarity with student services (counseling, academic support, extracurricular activities) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and student management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of student service coordination.
