Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Stakeholders Manager Freelancer to join our team. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to our stakeholder management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Identify and prioritize key stakeholders and their needs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community members.
• Organize and oversee stakeholder meetings, events, and forums.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries and concerns.
• Track and report on stakeholder engagement activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
• Manage crisis communication and handle situations that may affect stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Stakeholders Manager or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing stakeholder relations (corporate, community, and government).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
