The SayPro Social Program Evaluations Research Fellow will play a pivotal role in advancing the understanding and effectiveness of social programs through rigorous evaluation and analysis. Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct comprehensive evaluations of social programs, including designing research methodologies, collecting data, and analyzing results.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics and outcomes for program success.
– Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to diverse audiences, including policymakers, community organizations, and academic institutions.
– Stay updated on best practices in program evaluation and contribute to the development of innovative evaluation frameworks.
– Assist in training and mentoring interns and junior researchers in evaluation techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications:

– Advanced degree in social sciences, public policy, statistics, or a related field.
