Job Description: We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout).
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Multitasking and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
