Job description
We are seeking a Safety Officer.

Missions :
• Safety Management:
• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards
• Stay updated on changes in safety laws and regulations
• Training and Awareness:
• Provide safety training and education to employees
• Conduct drills and workshops to promote safety awareness
• Incident Management:
• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and reports
• Risk Assessment:
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential safety issues
• Implement measures to mitigate risks and prevent accidents
• Emergency Preparedness:
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans
• Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure preparedness for potential emergencies
• Reporting:
• Prepare and present safety reports to management
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and trends.
