We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented University Graduate Intern to join our Resource Mobilisation team. Key Responsibilities:
1.SayPro Strategic Planning:
– Conduct resource needs assessments to identify and evaluate the organization’s resource requirements.
– Assist in developing strategic plans for resource mobilisation that align with SayPro’s goals and objectives.
– Participate in risk assessments related to resource mobilisation strategies.
– Support efficient resource allocation to meet project and organizational objectives.
2.SayPro Fundraising Campaigns:
– Assist in the development and planning of fundraising campaigns across multiple channels.
– Identify and engage with potential donors and sponsors.
– Contribute to the execution and tracking of donations during fundraising campaigns.
– Evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising efforts and suggest improvements.
3.SayPro Grant Writing and Management:
– Research and identify potential grant opportunities and funding sources.
– Support the writing and submission of grant proposals.
– Assist in managing and overseeing the administration of grant funds.
– Prepare and submit progress and financial reports to grantors, ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
4.SayPro Sponsorship Acquisition:
– Identify potential sponsors for SayPro’s events or initiatives.
– Develop and present sponsorship proposals and packages.
– Assist in negotiating terms and maintaining relationships with sponsors.
– Prepare reports on the outcomes and benefits received by sponsors.
5.SayPro Crowdfunding:
– Assist in selecting appropriate crowdfunding platforms for campaigns.
– Help develop and promote crowdfunding campaigns.
– Engage with donors and backers, providing regular updates on campaign progress.
– Support the management and distribution of funds raised through crowdfunding efforts.
6.SayPro Corporate Partnerships:
– Research and approach potential corporate partners.
– Assist in developing partnership proposals and negotiating agreements.
– Help manage and nurture existing corporate partnerships.
– Measure and report on the impact of corporate partnerships.
7.SayPro Volunteer Recruitment and Management:
– Assist in developing strategies for recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteers.
– Support volunteer recognition and reward initiatives.
– Collect feedback and help evaluate volunteer performance.
8.SayPro Donor Management:
– Maintain and update the donor database.
– Assist in donor segmentation and communication strategies.
– Support the development of retention strategies to engage existing donors.
9.SayPro Asset Management:
– Track and manage SayPro’s physical assets and resources.
– Assist in asset allocation, maintenance, and valuation.
– Support the management of asset disposal or sale processes.
10.SayPro Government Funding and Support:
– Identify government grants and funding opportunities.
– Support the development of partnerships with government agencies.
– Ensure compliance with government regulations and assist in public sector reporting.
11.SayPro Membership Programs:
– Assist in the recruitment and engagement of new members.
– Help manage membership renewals and subscriptions.
– Collect and act on feedback from members to improve membership programs.
12.SayPro Event Management:
– Support the planning and execution of fundraising and resource mobilisation events.
– Assist in event promotion and sponsorship acquisition.
– Contribute to post-event evaluation and reporting.
13.SayPro Marketing and Outreach:
– Assist in developing marketing strategies to support resource mobilisation.
– Create content for SayPro’s website, social media, and other communication channels.
– Help implement advertising campaigns and manage public relations efforts.
14.SayPro Strategic Alliances:
– Assist in building strategic alliances with other organizations and stakeholders.
– Support the development and management of collaborative projects.
– Contribute to the assessment and reporting on the impact of strategic alliances.
15.SayPro Financial Management:
– Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for resource mobilisation activities.
– Support fund allocation and cash flow management.
– Contribute to developing investment strategies to achieve SayPro’s financial goals.
16.SayPro Technology and Tools:
– Help implement and manage CRM systems and fundraising software.
– Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze resource mobilisation efforts.
– Leverage online platforms and digital tools for effective communication and management.
17.SayPro Capacity Building:
– Assist in developing and delivering training programs for staff and volunteers.
– Support skill and leadership development initiatives within the organization.
– Contribute to organizational strengthening efforts for resource mobilisation.
18.SayPro Legal and Compliance:
– Assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements related to resource mobilisation.
– Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including tax regulations.
– Support contract management and protect intellectual property rights.
19.SayPro Impact Assessment:
– Contribute to measuring the impact of resource mobilisation efforts.
– Assist in outcome reporting and beneficiary feedback collection.
– Support the continuous improvement of resource mobilisation strategies based on impact data.
20.SayPro Strategic Communication:
– Assist in developing and executing communication plans for resource mobilisation activities.
– Engage stakeholders through effective communication and media relations.
– Craft compelling messages to attract donors and supporters.
Qualifications:
– Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Strong interest in nonprofit management, fundraising, and resource mobilisation.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
– Passion for making a positive impact and contributing to SayPro’s mission.
