Job Overview:
As a SayPro Resource Mobilisation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in securing and managing the resources needed to support SayPro’s mission. You will develop and implement strategies to mobilize resources through fundraising, grants, sponsorships, partnerships, and other avenues. Your work will directly contribute to the sustainability and impact of SayPro’s programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.SayPro Strategic Planning:
– Identify and assess the organization’s resource needs.
– Develop and implement a strategic plan for resource mobilization.
– Align resource mobilization strategies with organizational goals.
– Evaluate risks associated with resource mobilization and develop mitigation strategies.
– Plan and allocate resources to meet objectives effectively.
2.SayPro Fundraising Campaigns:
– Develop and plan innovative fundraising campaigns.
– Identify and engage potential donors and sponsors.
– Execute fundraising campaigns across multiple channels, including online and events.
– Track donations and contributions, ensuring accurate records.
– Evaluate the success and impact of fundraising campaigns.
3.SayPro Grant Writing and Management:
– Research and identify potential grant opportunities.
– Write and submit compelling grant proposals.
– Manage the administration and reporting of grant funds.
– Ensure compliance with grant requirements and regulations.
4.SayPro Sponsorship Acquisition:
– Identify and approach potential sponsors for SayPro initiatives.
– Develop and present attractive sponsorship proposals.
– Negotiate terms and agreements with sponsors.
– Maintain strong relationships with sponsors and provide regular updates.
5.SayPro Crowdfunding:
– Select appropriate crowdfunding platforms for SayPro campaigns.
– Develop and execute successful crowdfunding campaigns.
– Engage with backers and keep them informed of campaign progress.
– Manage and allocate funds raised through crowdfunding efforts.
6.SayPro Corporate Partnerships:
– Identify and establish partnerships with corporate entities.
– Develop partnership proposals and negotiate agreements.
– Manage and nurture long-term corporate partnerships.
– Measure and report on the impact of corporate collaborations.
7.SayPro Volunteer Recruitment and Management:
– Develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies.

– Maintain a comprehensive database of donors and their contributions.

– Identify and apply for government grants and funding opportunities.
– Build and maintain partnerships with government agencies.
– Ensure compliance with government regulations and reporting requirements.

– Develop strategies to recruit and engage members.
– Promote membership benefits and manage renewals.
– Collect and act on member feedback to improve engagement.

– Plan and execute events to raise funds and awareness.

Qualifications:
