Key Responsibilities:
1.SayPro Strategic Planning
– Conduct resource needs assessments to identify organizational requirements.
– Develop strategic resource mobilization plans aligned with SayPro’s goals.
– Assess risks associated with resource mobilization strategies.
– Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet organizational objectives.
2.SayPro Fundraising Campaigns
– Develop and execute fundraising campaigns across various channels.
– Identify and engage potential donors and sponsors.
– Track and evaluate donations, ensuring effective campaign execution and reporting.
3.SayPro Grant Writing and Management
– Research and identify potential grant opportunities.
– Write and submit compelling grant proposals.
– Manage the administration and reporting of grant funds, ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
4.SayPro Sponsorship Acquisition
– Identify potential sponsors for SayPro events and initiatives.
– Develop and negotiate sponsorship proposals and agreements.
– Maintain strong relationships with sponsors and ensure delivery on sponsorship commitments.
5.SayPro Crowdfunding
– Select appropriate crowdfunding platforms and develop campaigns.
– Promote crowdfunding efforts and engage with backers.
– Manage and distribute funds raised through crowdfunding initiatives.
6.SayPro Corporate Partnerships
– Identify and approach potential corporate partners.
– Develop partnership proposals and negotiate agreements.
– Manage and measure the impact of corporate partnerships.
7.SayPro Volunteer Recruitment and Management
– Develop and implement strategies for volunteer recruitment and training.
– Coordinate volunteer activities and recognize their contributions.
– Evaluate volunteer performance and provide feedback.
8.SayPro Donor Management
– Maintain and update a database of donors.
– Segment donors and develop tailored communication strategies.
– Implement donor retention strategies and regularly communicate with donors about their impact.
9.SayPro Asset Management
– Track, allocate, and maintain organizational assets.
– Assess asset value for financial reporting and decision-making.
– Manage the disposal or sale of surplus or outdated assets.
10.SayPro Government Funding and Support
– Identify and apply for government grants and funding opportunities.
– Develop partnerships with government agencies and ensure compliance with regulations.
– Advocate for policies that support resource mobilization.
11.SayPro Membership Programs
– Develop strategies to recruit and engage members.
– Manage membership renewals and promote member benefits.
– Collect and act on feedback from members.
12.SayPro Event Management
– Plan, promote, and execute successful fundraising events.
– Secure sponsorships and manage post-event evaluations to measure impact.
13.SayPro Marketing and Outreach
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to support resource mobilization.
– Create content and manage public relations efforts.
– Engage with the community to build awareness and support.
14.SayPro Strategic Alliances
– Build and manage strategic alliances with other organizations and stakeholders.
– Develop collaborative projects and share resources with partners.
– Assess and report on the impact of strategic alliances.
15.SayPro Financial Management
– Develop and manage budgets for resource mobilization activities.
– Prepare financial reports and allocate funds to various programs.
– Monitor cash flow and develop investment strategies.
16.SayPro Technology and Tools
– Implement and manage CRM systems and fundraising software.
– Utilize data analytics and digital tools to enhance resource mobilization efforts.
17.SayPro Capacity Building
– Develop training programs for staff and volunteers in resource mobilization.
– Provide opportunities for skill and leadership development.
– Facilitate knowledge sharing and strengthen organizational capacity.
18.SayPro Legal and Compliance
– Draft and review legal agreements related to resource mobilization.
– Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, or related roles.
– Strong grant writing and sponsorship acquisition skills.
– Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
– Proficiency in CRM systems and fundraising software.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
