Job Summary:
SayPro is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Resource Mobilisation Fellow to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, securing, and managing resources that support our mission and goals. This fellowship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, and strategic planning while contributing to meaningful initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.SayPro Strategic Planning
– Conduct resource needs assessments to identify organizational requirements.
– Develop and implement a strategic plan for resource mobilization.
– Align resource mobilization strategies with SayPro’s overarching goals.
– Conduct risk assessments to identify potential challenges in resource mobilization.
– Efficiently plan and allocate resources to achieve organizational objectives.
2.SayPro Fundraising Campaigns
– Develop, plan, and execute successful fundraising campaigns across multiple channels.
– Identify and engage potential donors and sponsors.
– Track and manage donations and contributions throughout campaigns.
– Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of fundraising efforts.
3.SayPro Grant Writing and Management
– Research and identify potential grant opportunities and funding sources.
– Write compelling grant proposals and manage the administration of grant funds.
– Prepare and submit progress and financial reports to grantors, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
4.SayPro Sponsorship Acquisition
– Identify potential sponsors for SayPro’s events and initiatives.
– Develop sponsorship proposals and negotiate terms with sponsors.
– Maintain strong relationships with sponsors and report on the outcomes of their involvement.
5.SayPro Crowdfunding
– Select and manage appropriate crowdfunding platforms for SayPro campaigns.
– Develop, market, and manage crowdfunding campaigns.
– Engage with backers and ensure proper management of funds raised.
6.SayPro Corporate Partnerships
– Identify and approach potential corporate partners for strategic collaborations.
– Develop partnership proposals, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing relationships.
– Measure and report on the impact of corporate partnerships.
7.SayPro Volunteer Recruitment and Management
– Develop and implement strategies for recruiting and managing volunteers.
– Provide training, coordination, and recognition for volunteers.
– Collect feedback and evaluate volunteer performance to enhance engagement.
8.SayPro Donor Management
– Maintain and manage a comprehensive donor database.
– Segment donors based on their interests and giving levels, ensuring personalized communication and retention strategies.
– Regularly communicate with donors about the impact of their contributions.
9.SayPro Asset Management
– Track and manage SayPro’s physical assets and resources.
– Ensure proper allocation, maintenance, and valuation of assets for effective utilization.
10.SayPro Government Funding and Support
– Identify and apply for relevant government grants and funding opportunities.
– Develop partnerships with government agencies and ensure regulatory compliance.
11.SayPro Membership Programs
– Develop and execute strategies for recruiting and engaging members.
– Manage membership renewals and promote the benefits of membership to drive growth.
12.SayPro Event Management
– Plan, organize, and execute fundraising and resource mobilization events.
– Secure sponsorships, promote events, and evaluate their success.
13.SayPro Marketing and Outreach
– Develop marketing strategies to support resource mobilization efforts.
– Create engaging content for SayPro’s digital platforms and manage public relations efforts.
14.SayPro Strategic Alliances
– Build and manage strategic alliances with organizations and stakeholders.
– Develop and oversee collaborative projects that align with SayPro’s mission.
15.SayPro Financial Management
– Develop and manage budgets for resource mobilization activities.
– Prepare financial reports and manage fund allocation to ensure financial stability.
16.SayPro Technology and Tools
– Implement and manage CRM systems, fundraising software, and digital tools.
– Utilize data analytics to track and improve resource mobilization efforts.
17.SayPro Capacity Building
– Develop training programs for staff and volunteers to enhance resource mobilization capabilities.
– Foster leadership development and knowledge sharing within the organization.
18.SayPro Legal and Compliance
– Draft and review legal agreements related to resource mobilization.
– Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax-related requirements.
19.SayPro Impact Assessment
– Measure and report on the impact of SayPro’s resource mobilization initiatives.
– Collect feedback from beneficiaries and use data to refine strategies.
20.SayPro Strategic Communication
– Develop and implement a communication plan for resource mobilization activities.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, International Relations, or a related field.
– Strong understanding of resource mobilization, fundraising, and donor management.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in CRM systems, fundraising software, and digital tools.
