Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Registrar Freelancer to join our team. The Registrar Freelancer will be responsible for managing student records, assisting with the registration process, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance on a project basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the registration process for various programs and courses.
- Maintain and update student records accurately.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Provide support and information to students, faculty, and staff.
- Implement and follow policies and procedures related to registration and records management.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to registration and student records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a registrar or records management role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
