Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable TVET Colleges Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our vocational training programs. You will work closely with educators, industry partners, and stakeholders to ensure our offerings meet the needs of both students and the job market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage TVET programs in alignment with industry standards and workforce demands.
- Collaborate with educators to design curriculum that promotes skill development and employability.
- Establish partnerships with local industries to facilitate internships and job placements for students.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of programs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to educators and staff on best practices in vocational education.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and events to promote TVET initiatives.
- Monitor trends in vocational education and recommend adjustments to programs as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Vocational Training, or a related field; master’s preferred.
- Proven experience in TVET program development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and workforce needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
