We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a TVET Colleges Officer.

Position Summary: The SayPro Partnership TVET Colleges Officer will play a key role in managing and enhancing our partnerships with TVET colleges. You will be responsible for coordinating programs, supporting student engagement initiatives, and fostering relationships with educational stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of our partnership goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with TVET colleges.
• Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance student skills and employability.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and student outcomes.
• Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to align curriculum with industry needs.
• Organize events and outreach activities to promote vocational education.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials and resources for students.
• Prepare reports on partnership activities, successes, and challenges.
• Represent SayPro at relevant meetings, conferences, and events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in educational program management or partnership development.
• Strong understanding of the TVET landscape and vocational training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
