Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic SayPro TVET Colleges Fellow to join our team. The Fellow will play a crucial role in supporting TVET institutions, promoting best practices, and facilitating meaningful connections between students, educators, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with TVET colleges to enhance curriculum development and teaching methodologies.
• Support the implementation of innovative training programs that align with industry needs.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for educators and students.
• Facilitate partnerships with local businesses to create internship and job opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Engage with students and provide mentorship and career guidance.
• Contribute to outreach efforts to promote TVET education within the community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Vocational Training, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in TVET, education, or workforce development is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for education and a commitment to improving access to vocational training.
